As part of ongoing service improvement activity Warwickshire County Council ICT Department recognised that it could improve efficiency by working more collaboratively with an external partner to deliver a new approach to managing the desktop deployment and lifecycle. Following a formal tender process, Warwickshire County Council awarded ComputerLand* the contract to manage its product lifecycle and hardware maintenance services.
“ComputerLand works closely with us, they understand our needs, endeavour to meet them and have provided a good level of resources and services. We’re pleased with the way the ComputerLand outsourcing contract has gone; it’s met all our targets in the first year and resulted in efficiency savings.”
