Application changes library
We maintain a library of all software we install as part of the Change Management procedures – complying with data protection laws, Freedom of Information Act and following best practices in line with our quality procedures. In accordance with ITIL standards, all changes are logged as formal Requests for Change, protecting your systems from unauthorised or ill-conceived changes and ensuring adequate regression and audit trails.
