24/7 maintenance and support
We can provide a tailored support service to our clients, ranging from a 24x7 helpdesk facility, to a standard break/fix service. Our support services cover all aspects of our clients’ communications infrastructure, from the cabling infrastructure through to the entire IPT and or Local/Wide area network infrastructure. Our services are delivered by our nationwide team of mobile engineers, working within agreed response timescales, or by Capita IT Services staff based permanently on clients’ sites.
