Local administration and support
We manage, support, monitor servers and storage located on your sites, and manage installation, moves, additions and changes (IMACs). This service also covers patch management, back-up service, anti-virus updates and management, hardware and warranty maintenance.
Remote fully managed service
We can remotely manage your servers and storage infrastructure located on your own sites - or a third party site - via our 24x7 remote fully managed service. This allows you to benefit from the same monitoring and alerting regime used in the Capita data centres. The service covers:
