Profile

With a background in ICT operations, having worked at all levels of the organisation from service desk through to Andys current role as Operations Director, previously Andy worked for Birmingham City Council for 10 years in a wide range of IT roles and gaining experience in outsourcing , ISO 20001 accreditation and business transformation. Following the acquisition of Ramesys, Andy performed the role of Managing Director’s role overseeing the implementation of 25 schools in the Building Schools for the Future programme.  Andys current position as Operations Director sees him have responsibility for 1200 staff and in excess of 100 customers across the commercial, educational and local government sectors.
